Who We Are

Fidelis is a holdings company that believes in supporting and investing in American manufacturing. Since 2020, we’ve acquired 16 companies in four main service categories: assembly, fabrication, foundry/forging, and machining.

Assembly

Getting its start in 1943, this Michigan manufacturer and remanufacturer creates parts and assemblies for the automotive and industrial markets. They remanufacture torque converters, transmission solenoids, A/C compressors, brake calipers, and manufacture hose assemblies and print 3D fixturing and tooling.

Manufacturing fittings, hardlines, and hose assemblies since 1968, ATCO Products’ operations are based in Texas. The company’s core competencies include assembly and crimping, CNC bending, 3D printing of fixturing and tooling, welding, brazing, and tool fixturing for industrial and automotive OES clients, the BEV market, and the A/C aftermarket.

Oilfield Improvements

Founded in 1983, this Oklahoma manufacturer and distributor specializes in ultra-flow centralizers and wheeled rod guide couplings. Their products are focused on the oil and gas sector.

Uptime Fleet Solutions

A truck component and kit distributor based in Illinois, Uptime Fleet Solutions has been in business since 2001. The company distributes light and medium truck parts, engines and drivetrains, suspension and steering, and brake components.

Fabrication

Common Part Groupings

Since 2007, this North Carolina-based company has been delivering steel part fabrication and kitting services to the material handling industry. They specialize in forming, laser cutting, welding, powder coating, and kitting.

Crozier Welding

Founded in 1980 in Ohio, Crozier Welding designs and manufactures separation, purification,
condensation, stabilization and other process equipment
supporting the oil and gas industry.

Located in Oklahoma, Duenner Supply has been in operation since 1964. This stocking distributor deals in bronze and copper alloys as well as Diamondized™ brass plate for the aerospace, chemical tank, heat exchanger manufacturing, forging, and machining industries.

Lexington Machine

With clients in the heavy equipment, industrial, and transportation markets, Lexington Machine has been serving its customers with material handling components from its South Carolina location since 2003. The company works with plasma cutting and CNC machine technology with up to six inch capabilities, to provide customers with aluminum, high-nickel stainless steel, and steel products.

The core competency of this Indiana manufacturer is custom industrial hinges in standard, slip and loose joint, flag, and butt varieties. Velko Hinge products have been serving the defense, agriculture, marine, and transportation sectors since 1969.

Foundry and Forging

Frazer and Jones

Serving the mining, automotive, construction, industrial, transportation, and utilities sectors, Frazer and Jones has been in business since its founding in 1845. This New York-based foundry specializes in malleable and ductile iron castings.

Lee Brass has been operating in Alabama since 1917, producing lead-free brass and bronze flanges, fittings, hydrant and valve castings, pump components, 3D printing of fixturing & tooling, and more for their plumbing, marine, and OE industry clients.

Since 1957, Oklahoma Forge has served industries ranging from mining and highway construction to food processing and refrigeration. The company specializes in rolled ring forgings, rolled discs as well as forged bars.

Machining

The agriculture, defense, energy, marine, and transportation industries partner with Butler Gear for gear cutting and broaching. Since 1960, this Wisconsin-based operation has produced quality ring gears, pinions, and external and internal splines.

Producing custom assemblies and fixtures for the aerospace and transportation markets from their facility in Wisconsin, Herdeman offers custom job shop and subcontract machining services. Operating since 1966, the company also builds specialty machines.

Reuther Mold & Manufacturing

This engineering, machining, and fabrication company in Ohio got its start in 1950. Serving aerospace, automotive, and oil clients, Reuther Mold & Manufacturing designs and builds tooling and molds for rubber, SMC, BMC, crush core, and resin transfer molding.

Scorpion Pump and Industrial

A service and repair center for drill pipe joints and related products, Scorpion Pump and Industrial focuses on clients in oil field production. Since 1988, this Oklahoma business has specialized in machining and welding services.
